I'm Brazilian, lesbian, and I came to the United States driven by the courage of a dream. A dream that started small, but always carried a lot of determination, love, and purpose.
When I arrived here, I lived as an au pair for two years, staying with an American family that is, without a doubt, my family in the United States today. It was during that period that everything started to take shape: I studied, improved my English, dove even deeper into childcare, and confirmed something I always knew in my heart — caring is my essence.
I've been working with children for over eight years, and my favorite age has always been zero to two years. Babies. Newborns. The beginning of life. I've always acted as a second mother, developing deep, respectful bonds filled with love.
I'm the oldest sister of five, and from a very early age, I learned in practice what it means to welcome, protect, and care. Even before having the title, I was already a doula. I've always been by mothers' sides from day one, especially when they returned from the hospital, during that delicate, intense, and transformative moment.
Over time, this calling became a profession — and today I can proudly say that I do exactly what I love. I'm a trained, certified, and licensed doula, with an established business, EIN and NPI, working ethically, professionally, and always staying up to date.
I also work as a hospital volunteer, because I deeply believe in care as a social mission. I'm passionate about studying. I believe that knowledge saves, welcomes, and transforms.
My heart has a very clear purpose: to welcome families, especially LGBTQIA+ families, who often don't have access to resources, support, or networks during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.
I want to be a safe, loving, and professional presence for those who need to experience this moment with dignity, support, and care.
Today, I feel fulfilled. I have my own business, work at the hospital, serve amazing families, and continue building an even bigger dream: to build my own agency, train and support other professionals, and bring my work, care, and love for babies to more and more families.
My goal is simple and profound: to care, protect, and love. To offer real, human, and respectful support. To be present in life's most fragile and beautiful moments. And to make every family feel safe, seen, and welcomed.
Caring isn't just a profession — it's a calling. Every family I serve receives all my affection, respect, and dedication.
